Socyal User Table

At the heart of Socyal is the Socyal User Table. This internal database serves as the authoritative source of employee information within the Socyal ecosystem.

Importing Users – Mobile App

The Mobile app enables workspace administrators to directly import users into the workspace’s User Table using a CSV file containing a list of email addresses.

Importing Users – Web App

Additionally, the Socyal web app, accessible by Workspace administrators, provides greater control over the employee data being imported in the workspace’s User Table using a CSV file. In addition to Email, the user attributes include Role, Department, Job Title and Work Location.

A downloadable CSV file template is available via the web app.
